2. Eligibility

2.1 To enter our competitions, you must be a resident of the UK and aged 18 years or older.
2.2 Employees, agents, and affiliates of MBK Comps Ltd, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2.3 By participating, you confirm that entering the competition is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Competitions

3.1 Competitions on this website are skill-based and not classified as gambling under UK law.
3.2 Entry instructions, rules, and deadlines for each competition will be detailed on the respective competition page.
3.3 All entries must be submitted before the competition closing date. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

3.4 Where a competition does not meet the required amount of sales before the deadline, MBK comps will extend that competition. If the competition does not meet required sales after 2 extensions, the winner will receive 70% o the cash pot instead.

4. Entry Fees and Payment

4.1 Some competitions may require an entry fee, which will be clearly stated.
4.2 Payments must be made through the approved payment methods listed on the website.
4.3 All entry fees are non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled or deemed void. Should a competition be cancelled, the reasoning will be explained on the page.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 Winners will be selected based on the criteria specified in the competition details.
5.2 Winners will be notified via email or phone within 24 hours of the competition closing date for all competitions.

6. Prizes

6.1 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
6.2 MBK Comps Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
6.3 Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with their prize.

7. Compliance with Laws

7.1 This website complies with the UK Gambling Act 2005 and other relevant legislation.
7.2 We ensure that our competitions do not rely on chance but are skill-based to fall outside the definition of gambling.
